Are Retinal and Peripapillary Blood Flows Affected during Migraine Attack?

This study found no significant differences in retinal or peripapillary blood flow during an acute migraine attack. Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) revealed no changes in vascular density in migraine patients compared to healthy controls.
