Voice Onset Time in Patients Using Speech Prosthesis After Total Laryngectomy

Patients with total laryngectomy using tracheoesophageal speech prostheses showed no significant difference in voice onset time (VOT) for /pa/ and /ta/ sounds compared to controls. However, /ka/ sound VOT was significantly lower in the patient group.
