Summary

Anti-leucine-rich glioma-inactivated 1 (LGI1) antibody encephalitis can cause severe orthostatic hypotension (OH). This case shows OH improved with immunoglobulin therapy, suggesting a link between anti-LGI1 antibodies and autonomic dysfunction.
