Summary

A new fast multi-shell diffusion MRI protocol (HARDI-ZOOMit) effectively detects microstructural changes in the spinal cord of patients with non-myelopathic degenerative cervical cord compression. This advanced imaging method offers improved sensitivity and specificity for diagnosing spinal cord conditions.
