Spinal versus general anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopy: A prospective, randomized study.

Spinal anesthesia (SA) is a viable alternative to general anesthesia (GA) for gynecologic laparoscopy, showing similar patient satisfaction and oxidative stress markers. SA resulted in less intraoperative hypotension and reduced postoperative pain compared to GA.
