[In vivo testing of cell-mediated immunity in urology]

The new disposable plastic device, called Multitest, presents 7 standardized microbial antigens. In this way 558 urological patients and healthy subjects were skin-tested. We obtained a statistically decrease in generalization of tumor disease and in perioperative complications. So the test battery may be of interest for monitoring cancer patients and to define high-risk patients.
