Preparation and characterization of triamterene complex with ascorbic acid derivatives

Solid dispersions of triamterene (TRT) with ascorbic acid (AA) or ascorbic acid 2 glucoside (AA2G) were prepared. These formulations significantly improved TRT dissolution properties through complex formation, enhancing drug delivery.
