Normal pressure hydrocephalus and CSF tap test response: the gait phenotype matters

Idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH) patients showed improved gait speed after a cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) tap test. However, patients with a parkinsonian gait phenotype did not experience improvement.
