Summary

In Huntington's disease (HD), neuropsychiatric, cognitive, and motor symptoms significantly impair function, especially when measured by the Adult Functional Adaptive Behavior (AFAB) scale. The Total Functional Capacity (TFC) scale is less sensitive to these changes.
