Abstract:
In the modern surgical era, the functional result and aesthetics of wound closure have become important parts of any surgical procedure. The saphenous vein donor site for coronary artery bypass is often the most troublesome portion of a patient's postoperative course. Presented herein is a method for closure of saphenous vein donor sites that is aesthetically and functionally pleasing.
