Summary

Jejunogastric intussusception, a rare gastrojejunal complication, presents acutely or chronically. Disordered motility with reversed peristalsis may cause it, necessitating surgical intervention for efferent loop dismantling.

  • It can progress to acute presentation with incarceration of the intussusceptum.
