Interleukin-35 in idiopathic inflammatory myopathies

Interleukin-35 (IL-35) is elevated in idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM), found in muscle tissue and serum. Increased IL-35 levels correlate with disease activity, suggesting its role in IIM pathogenesis.
