Local morselized bone autograft (LMBA) significantly reduces costs in minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MI-TLIF) by decreasing allograft use. This study found substantial savings, demonstrating LMBA as a cost-effective option for spinal fusion.
