Summary

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy is effective for B cell malignancies but can cause neurological toxicity, known as immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS). Neurologists must understand ICANS manifestations, mechanisms, and treatments for licensed CD19 products.
