Obstetric morbidity in gestational carrier pregnancies: a population-based study

Gestational carrier pregnancies have lower severe obstetric morbidity and cesarean delivery rates compared to in vitro fertilization (IVF) pregnancies. Risks are comparable to matched controls, indicating safety for gestational carriers.
