T-cell replete Haploidentical stem cell transplantation (Haplo-SCT) with Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PT-Cy) offers improved survival for lymphoma patients. This approach reduces chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) while maintaining comparable relapse rates.
