Training-induced changes in anterior pelvic tilt: potential implications for hamstring strain injuries management

A 6-week multimodal intervention effectively reduced dynamic anterior pelvic tilt (APT) during gait. This training also improved hamstring flexibility and trunk endurance in active males, suggesting a new preventive strategy for hamstring injuries.
