A green extraction design for enhancing flavonoid compounds from Ixora javanica flowers using a deep eutectic solvent

This study developed a green extraction method for flavonoids from Ixora javanica using deep eutectic solvent (DES) and ultrasound. Optimized conditions yielded higher flavonoid concentrations compared to ethanol extraction.
