Genetic alterations hijack B-cell epigenetic programs in lymphoma, driving tumor cell development and altering immune interactions. Understanding these mechanisms may reveal new therapeutic targets for follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
