Summary

This study found that post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) quantitative flow ratio (QFR) better predicts fractional flow reserve (FFR) than residual QFR. Improved algorithms may enable post-PCI QFR for quality control, reducing angina and adverse outcomes.
