Hydroxyurea associated ileocecal valve ulcer: evidence for causality.

Hydroxyurea can cause rare gastrointestinal ulcers, even in the ileocecal valve. Stopping the drug led to healing, but recurrence happened upon restarting hydroxyurea treatment.
