Purpose of the Study:

  • To present the experience with reoperative valve-sparing aortic root reconstruction using the reimplantation technique.
  • To evaluate the efficacy of this technique in resolving aortic valve regurgitation, root dilatation, and proximal anastomosis pseudoaneurysm.

  • Retrospective analysis of 26 patients undergoing reoperative valve-sparing aortic root reconstruction (January 2000 - March 2019).
