Open label study of ioxaglate in coronary angiography. Multicentre clinical trial
The diagnostic quality and patient tolerance of coronary arteriography using ioxaglate as contrast medium was assessed in 455 patients in a multicentre open label study. Only 0.2% of procedures were considered not diagnostic and side effects were considered nonexistent or mild in the majority of patients. There was no neurological effects such as convulsions, hemiparesis or visual disturbances.
