Summary

For children with very high-risk B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), traditional chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) have limitations. CD19-targeted CAR T-cell therapy offers a promising alternative for these difficult-to-treat cases.
