Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) biomarkers are needed. This study identified specific microRNAs in plasma that differ between women with RPL and controls, suggesting their potential as early diagnostic markers.

- Five novel microRNAs (Hsa-let-7e, Hsa-miR-519d, Hsa-miR-410, Hsa-let-7a, Hsa-let-7d) were associated with RPL for the first time.
- Hsa-miR-184 was also newly reported as upregulated in circulating fluids in RPL.
Conclusions:
- Specific circulating microRNA expression patterns are associated with RPL.
- These microRNAs may play a role in RPL pathogenesis.
- Identified microRNAs show potential as noninvasive diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers for RPL.
