Vicryl Mesh Coverage Reduced Recurrence After Bullectomy for Primary Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Using Vicryl mesh to cover staple lines after thoracoscopic bullectomy significantly reduces the recurrence of primary spontaneous pneumothorax (PSP). This mesh coverage is an effective adjunct to standard surgical procedures for PSP.
