Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the duration of tremor reduction after transcutaneous afferent patterned stimulation (TAPS) in ET patients.

  • Objective accelerometer measurements correlate with clinical tremor ratings, validating tremor power as an assessment metric.
  • TAPS shows promise as a non-invasive therapy to improve functional abilities and quality of life for individuals with essential tremor.
