Sinonasal Anatomic Variants in Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis

Anatomic variants (AVs) are more frequent on the affected side in allergic fungal rhinosinusitis (AFRS). Concha bullosa (CB) showed a significant association with AFRS, suggesting a role in the condition's development.
