A novel comprehensive predictive model for obstructive pyonephrosis patients with upper urinary tract stones

Predicting calculous pyonephrosis in patients with upper urinary tract stones is challenging. A new model using hydronephrosis degree, CT value, urine leukocytes, urine culture, and blood neutrophils shows high accuracy.
