The Tpeak-Tend (Tpe) interval and related ratios, indicators of ventricular repolarization, increased in severe COVID-19 pneumonia patients. These changes occurred without significant alterations in the QT and QTc intervals, suggesting specific cardiac impacts in severe cases.
