Summary

Chronic exposure to metals like titanium (Ti) and cobalt (Co) is linked to arterial stiffness. This study found Ti and Co in urine associated with reduced ankle-brachial index (ABI), and Ti may increase peripheral arterial disease (PAD) risk.
