- The NLRP1 (rs8079034) T-allele was associated with the prescription of conventional synthetic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs.

- This study provides the first evidence linking CARD8-C10X (rs2043211) genetic variation to PsA.
- Inflammasome gene polymorphisms are associated with various PsA phenotypes, suggesting a role in disease expression.
- These findings indicate the involvement of inflammasome genes in the pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of PsA.
