Prolotherapy (PT) offers a novel treatment for lateral epicondylitis (LE), a common tendon injury. Ultrasound-guided PT successfully regenerated the injured tendon and eliminated pain in a patient unresponsive to steroid injections.

- This approach could offer a regenerative solution for tendon injuries.
- Further research into US-guided PT for LE is warranted.
