Reorganizing the system of professional training, retraining and continuing medical education in a volume that allows eliminating quantitative and qualitative defects in providing care for people with endocrine diseases, as well as analyzing staffing needs and planning based on the real needs of the population, will help to achieve the solution to the set tasks of the healthcare system.
