Additional baricitinib loading dose improves clinical outcome in COVID-19

Adding a loading dose of baricitinib to standard treatment improved outcomes for patients with moderate-to-severe COVID-19 pneumonia. This approach reduced recovery time and intensive care unit admissions for pneumonia patients.
