Right ventricular dysfunction (RVD) assessed by echocardiography predicts advanced disease in TAVR patients. However, cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR) derived RV ejection fraction (RVEF) independently predicts adverse outcomes like heart failure hospitalization and death.
