Performance of seven consumer sleep-tracking devices compared with polysomnography

Consumer sleep trackers show promise for monitoring sleep and wakefulness, with many performing comparably to actigraphy. However, accuracy varies, especially with disrupted sleep, and sleep stage tracking is inconsistent.
