Semi-fixed versus fixed oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea: A randomized crossover pilot study

Semi-fixed oral appliances (OAs) are effective for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) treatment, showing superiority over fixed OAs in patient preference and reduced side effects. Both OA types effectively lowered the Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI).
