Continuous Positive Airway Pressure-Mandibular Advancement Device Combination Therapy for Moderate-to-Severe

Adding a mandibular advancement device (MAD) to auto-adjusting positive airway pressure (APAP) therapy significantly improved APAP compliance and reduced daytime sleepiness in patients with moderate-to-severe obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). This combination therapy offers a promising solution for noncompliant OSA patients.

- APAP-MAD therapy presents a viable option for enhancing treatment adherence and patient outcomes in moderate-to-severe OSA.
