What Factors Predict Upper Body Push to Pull Ratios in Professional Firefighters?

Firefighter shoulder imbalances are common. This study found strength and endurance push-to-pull ratios are not interchangeable and are influenced by different fitness factors, suggesting targeted training and body composition improvements are needed.
