Summary

Genetic variants in the aminopeptidase A (ENPEP) gene, specifically rs6825911, were investigated for their role in preeclampsia (PE) pathogenesis. This study found no significant association between ENPEP gene variants and preeclampsia in South African women of African ancestry.
