Disseminated Tuberculosis Complicated With Pneumatoceles in 2 Infants

Pneumatoceles, rare in children with tuberculosis, can occur in infants with disseminated disease. Monitor for worsening respiratory symptoms post-treatment, as conservative management is typical unless giant cysts cause distress.
