Dormia basket impaction during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) for common bile duct stones can be successfully treated with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCBDE). This minimally invasive approach offers a safe and effective alternative for managing ERCP complications.
