Cadherin EGF LAG Seven-Pass G-Type Receptor 3 (CELSR3) is overexpressed in prostate cancer (PCa), driving tumor progression and indicating poor prognosis. Downregulating CELSR3 inhibits PCa cell proliferation and migration, highlighting its clinical significance.
