Vincamine, a safe natural alkaloid, represents a novel anticancer agent

Vincamine shows anticancer potential against lung cancer cells by inducing apoptosis and lowering mitochondrial potential. This plant alkaloid is safe as a dietary supplement and may offer a novel lung cancer treatment.
