Is there a correlation between viral load and olfactory & taste dysfunction in COVID-19 patients?

COVID-19 patients experiencing olfactory and taste dysfunction (OTD) had lower cycle threshold (Ct) values, indicating a higher viral load. This finding suggests Ct value evaluation can aid in reducing virus transmission.
