Altered Spinal Excitability in Patients with Primary Fibromyalgia: A Case-Control Study

Fibromyalgia (FM) patients exhibit increased spinal excitability, as shown by elevated Hoffman reflex (H-reflex) amplitudes. This finding supports central sensitization and may aid in diagnosing FM.
