Summary

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement in TAVR (TAVR-in-TAVR) can cause coronary ostial obstruction. A novel technique using Bioprosthetic Aortic Scallop Intentional Laceration (BASILICA) was used, but guide catheters became entrapped.
