Summary

Central Outer Nuclear Layer thickness (C-ONL-T) on OCT is the best predictor of visual acuity in Stargardt Disease (STGD). This study found C-ONL-T strongly correlated with Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA), unlike Central Retinal Thickness (CR-T).
