Subarachnoid Block in Prone Position for lower limb surgery

Subarachnoid block can be safely performed in the prone position for patients with severe burns, offering a comfortable alternative when standard positions are not feasible. This technique ensured hemodynamic stability and uneventful recovery in two burn patients.
